Terms of Use

These terms describe how MarketBridge works — the website app.marketbridge.cloud, the mobile app and the browser extension — and what we agree on when you use it. By creating an account you accept these terms.

What the service does

MarketBridge helps sellers build and publish product cards on marketplaces: it copies a product from 1688.com, builds a card from your photos and spoken description, renders covers, calculates the price and uploads everything to your Wildberries or Ozon Global account.

Your account

• You need a working email address and must confirm it through the link we send.
• Access is opened manually by an operator, so a new account waits for review for a while.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.
• You can delete the account at any time: in the mobile app, Profile → Delete account, or by writing to the address in the Contacts section.

Credits and payment

• The service is paid for with credits. One credit equals one Chinese yuan (CNY).
• Credits are charged for completed work: building a card, redrawing a cover, reading photos and voice. The price of each action is shown on the button before you tap it.
• Credits never expire.
• In the mobile app credits are bought through the App Store or Google Play. The store handles the payment: we never receive or store your card details.
• Refunds for a store purchase follow the rules of that store — Apple or Google. Unused credits are not exchanged for money.
• If an action fails through our fault, no credits are charged, and any credits already taken are returned to your balance.

Marketplace keys

To publish products you connect an API key of your seller account. By connecting it you allow the service to perform, on your behalf, the actions you start yourself: create and edit cards, read catalogues and stock. You confirm that you are entitled to use that account. A key can be removed in the settings at any time.

What is not allowed

• Breaking the rules of Wildberries, Ozon or other marketplaces, including bans on goods.
• Publishing texts, photos or trademarks you have no rights to.
• Circumventing service limits, loading it with automated requests, accessing other accounts.
• Reselling access to the service without our written consent.

Generated content

Texts, attributes and covers are produced by a neural network from your data. The rights to the result are yours. The network can be wrong, though: check the title, description, attributes and price before publishing — you are responsible for what goes to the marketplace.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it: maintenance, outages at marketplaces and at AI providers happen. We may change and develop features; we announce significant changes on the website or by email.

Liability

Termination

We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken — for example, on an attempt to harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
