Open the MarketBridge app → Profile → Delete account at the bottom → confirm with your password. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Write from the address your account is registered with to support@marketbridge.cloud with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete the data within 30 days and reply to your message.
Records of money movement (credit top-ups and charges) are kept in anonymised form: accounting requires it. They are no longer linked to your name or email.
Server backups expire automatically within 30 days.
