Managing sales via smartphone: what actually works

You can sell on Wildberries and Ozon Global without a computer: seller accounts are web applications that open in smartphone browsers. Both platforms have mobile apps for sellers, and the MarketBridge mobile app handles the routine of creating product listings. A computer is more convenient for bulk operations, but it is not required for registration or daily work.

Platform accounts on mobile

The WB seller account and Ozon Global account are standard web interfaces: orders, prices, inventory, and shipments are accessible from a phone via a browser. Wildberries has the «WB Partners» seller app, and Ozon has «Ozon Seller». The feature set for cross-border accounts may differ from local ones, so check the availability of the required sections in your account.

• Viewing orders, revenue, and notifications are the most stable mobile scenarios.
• Bulk editing of listings and spreadsheet exports are more convenient to perform from a computer.
• Link two-factor authentication to a phone number that is always at hand.

MarketBridge mobile app

In the MarketBridge app, a product listing is created directly from your phone: take a photo of the product or paste a link from 1688 — the platform will generate a listing in Russian, calculate the price based on live rates, and publish it on WB and Ozon. The scanner also works: a photo plus a voice description turns into a ready-to-use listing.
